Since Bj Corp owns lots of Prime Prime Lands in Bkt Tinggi, Selangor, Batu Pahat & other strategic areas they have appreciated manifold by now in the Real Estate surge in Malaysia.

The actual value of Bj Corp is much much more now.

Since Mr. Market does not recognize the Deep Value in Bj Corp this is the best of time to add more Bj Corp every month & year for a long term investment.

why so worry about this counter? when I bought this counter, I ask myself about few thgs as below:
1. undervalue (please compare market price and NTA)
2. If worse to worse, live in "bungalow". Should I gonna to be worry? I will say no because BJCorp giving dividend consistently at the end of year,
3. Is this counter profit keep growing and consistent?
4. What is this business prospect? Then I look at toto lottery, 7-eleven, etc (well, I am always patron it).

Just personal opinion... good luck

its probably 1 of the most under value company in bursa,, its only 0.37 now..already stagnant for so many years,,i think it can go up to 0.60-0.70 after they find a way to announce the Vietnam Lotteries profits.at the moment the vietnam lotteries is not transparent enough
