Very interesting VT article.
He delisted cosway and pay 400 million because it is undervalue. Will he do the same to bjcorp. Now price is 35c, he can offer 40/45c n delist it. He own 53%. If that happen, minority are screwed.

Price and momentum support for the stock is weak.That can be shown on the Technical Price Charts- MA,MACD and RSI.Expect more downside.Does not see any price reversal to the upside in the immediate term.The charts also does not support the start of buying or accumulation for the stock.The price has gradually dropped from a high of 40.5 cents to 35cents during last week trading:-(((

2.Expect the next QR announcement sometimes in June to be mediocre vis-a-vis the previous quarter.

老股东说过BJC这里相信价值投资都是傻子，我想有一定的道理。
难听点就是看VT的脸色吃饭。。。
再看情况是否要cut lose/还是逢低买,怪自己贪心。。。图表不骗人，只有自己看不懂，或者看到了却无视。。。

based on technical, 0.35 is the strong support and shall pull up again toward 0.4 soon (hopefully no more huge impairment again like last year 4th quarter).

impairment on the ownership of BJTOTO is almost a certainty, except the amount impaired is yet to known given the recent financial results for the past 4 quarters. Given Ritz-Carlton Residences is yet to be completed (hopefully in another 3-6 months with impact only to be felt for 1QFY2018 or 2QFY2018,) there's little to present a good 4QFY2017 earning report except for (1) an impairment so small (wonder if that's possible) that the gains from selling subsidiaries is more than enough to offset (2) sale of the 2nd half of properties WRT 2nd phase Kyoto Four Season Residences are good and completed in the last quarter (3) a surprisingly good ruling favoring BJCorp (well, BJLand actually) from Jeju project (a bit doubtful, given that VT sold his BJLand ownership to BJCorp (4) a stellar performance from Vietnam Toto that BJCorp can somehow be included into its 4QFY2017 result.
