The entire equity interest in DSG comprises 10 million ordinary shares for a total cash consideration of approximately RM312.93 million, of which Berjaya will be disposing of its entire investment of 85% equity interest or 8.5 million DSG shares for RM265.99 million.

So far , bjasset already announced issues warrants to raise funds,but as I see never been enough for whatever . Furthermore, the poor profits & interest , dividend will be pour
to investors , same as bjland or bjcorp. Bjcorp wants to repeat the previous, haven't suffer enough?

Bjc is making profit, but Most of the Profit EATEN UP by serving bank and borrowing interest.

NTA is merely one small factor in investing stock.

The essential element back to healthy cash flow and profit.

Unless u r billionaire able to takeover bjc and delisted it...then tear it apart selling pcs by pcs, then the so called NTA may resurface.

Otherwise, tis is just a giant elephant tat got wound in the legs unable to walk.

Berjaya Group Berhad is a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad... BJCorp, or Berjaya Corporation Berhad, is the listed entity, the mother of all Berjaya companies (or not so Berjaya companies for the past few years)
