y 30 sen...ppl might ask..the laws say the offer price mus not be lower than 6 mth highest price..so probaly the highest is 30 sen i think...lol

i am talking about bjland...not bjc...bjland is having public spread issue...but vt keep accumulating n worsen it...so most probably he want to take it private instead of getting it suspend...

during bn time..bjland applied to reduce the limit from 30 to 25 ..to now 20...i dun think the bursa now will allow company to hav 15 as lower limit for public spread...

bjland accounting will link back to bjc.

so there is an entanglement there.

more importantly, bjland doesnt have a huge landbank or net cash pile to raid on. so doesnt make sense for vincent to take it private just becos of public spread requirement.

according to law...bjland spread is now below 20% about 19.8.. when it reach 10%..it will be suspended for trading ..VT is reducing it bit by bit everyday towards 10%..lol..i dunno whether he want it to be suspended by force or delist it or try to improve the spread...so far i only c him buying millions each day...

Lol...yup it's now or never...since HR Owen doubled it's profits for the latest quarter...that's why Vt & Family was in London last week..there are indications of good times for BJGroup of companies by EOY...so just quietly buy...before the cheap sale at current all time low stops..especially when BJToto is planning to revalue it's non current assets to reflect market price...& big bucks are coming back from Vietnam, China property sales & Jeju Korea compensation anytime now?

hong leong cap was a very good example...it was suspended in 2015 until now...lol..18.67%...but the bad thing is mr quek was not able to privatise it...lol

BJC got toto, food, hotel, timesq, cowway, 7-11, media and many manty rich company .
this is a joke or our money inside VT pocket for them to buy plane buy own property , new bugalow , new plane , new island , VT money can use how many billion years now since bjc from few ringgit until few sen .

this counter and MRCB is 100% not recommend by me
