just use wc highway, don;t use plus highway to go north to reach 1.70
if you use plus highway, got traffic jam and accident... not safe...

u guys too optimist in this stock
please calm down and rethink
i am not saying wce not possible to be next plus

but certainly it will take quite some time for the traffic to become mature like plus

there is so much other factor to look into eg toll fees , traffic , operating cost efficiency

this is not hit and run stock
to earn big one must have holding power , possible 2-3 years to reap the greatest profit

what if this highway suffer low traffic just like guthrie , seremban highway ?

silk holding sold their kajang highway to pnb for $380 mil for 37 km with remain concessionaire of 20 years remain,

WCE is 233 km which is about 6 times of kajang highway..... 6 x $380 mil= $2.2 billion.
with 60 years concessionaire ... include 3 times premium .... $2.2 billion x 3 = $ 7 billion

the expressway is 80% hold by WCE.... which means asset WCE holding value for $ 6 billion
total share WCE is 1 billion.... Therefore the share price is roughly value for $ 6.00 or $ 6 billion market cap.

litrak market cap is 3.2 bil and share price is 6.00


Current WCE share price of 1.44 is a grab . Just keep for long-term and you will see the compounding effect. Another "public bank" in the making.
