nta per share -0.29 cts. means overall nta for lioncor is -RM300m++, is that means if restructuring and settle up this RM300m lioncor can quit PN17, anyone can share?

lioncor improved but is it too late? the way almost all the steel companies are bleeding, i think got good chance to get a reprieve or else handling delisting one after another. still, i am taking no chances and just stay at the side.
last fri lion warrent suppose is RM0.01 cent, but dont know which venture dare to sapu all buy at RM0.02 so eventually lion corp get 100% return. so get ranking into Top 5, KLSE screener top % gainer :-)
many ppl r saying that lion is impossible to be delisted before this..... me too in the past few months. But now, i gotta say everything is possible... look at bursa today. Many bluechips or hot counters plunged around 8-10% today, something unusual is going to happen soon.... downtrend is everywhere, no place to hide.... In my own opinion, acquisition is the only way to save this counter and its shareholder, even WC is out of his capability to save it the longer he hold it. Just my 2 cents...
if lioncor lioncor fail to summit restructure plan before 28th Feb 2014, lioncor-wb will follow lioncor delisted in bursa list. if lioncor successful restructure, will have any effect on lioncor-wb, is that will follow lioncor capital reduce by reducing convertion price from RM1.00 to RM0.20 or RM0.10?
