（吉隆坡7日讯）金狮（LIONCOR，3581，主板工业产品股）获马交所批准，可将呈交重组计划的期限，延长至明年1月31日。
根据文告，若金狮无法在新期限呈交重组计划，将会面临停牌甚至是除牌的后果。
早前，金狮多元控股（LIONDIV，2887，主板消费产品股）指出，旗下的美佳钢铁（Mega steel）无法偿还9月30日到期的债务。
目前，金狮多元控股与金狮（LIONCOR，3581，主板工业产品股），分别持有美佳钢铁的78.89%和21.11%股权。http://www.nanyang.com/node/727475?tid=462

MoneyJoker, i dont think financial problem can settle easily, oct 2013 falling into pn17 2 years ago, debt as high as RM2.5 billion, and now debt raise to more than RM3.0 billion... excluded steel industry start recovery, if not lioncor will go delist
