panamy is very bad on investors relationships. Not much news after such big news and share price big dropping.

Thanks for the link. In the announcement articles, it only said Shah Alam II factory was closed down. In About->Plants, it stated there are only two plants left now, Main and Shah Alam (I). Not sure about the capacity ratio of the closed plant. If they are equal ratio, revenue could drop by 1/3, that's very serious.

I think they are shifting part of their manufacturing to lower cost countries e.g. Laos, Vietnam ..... (they already have factories there) and importing them back to M'sia and selling those products here.

SOLD 2/3 of my Panamy stake @ $21.15 average(since my cost has been dragged down to $20.40), knowing that the price will overadjust on the downside on the ex-divvy date tomorrow....Thanks for 765 days in a row of at least one capital gain...on a special Anniversary!

Early October,add up again at $18.5 to average down the cost. . Good time to collect during bad times. and this stock will definitely comeback when market is good. trust the past track record.

Go through past 2 years quarter report again, note that the PB is only 1.38 which indicate 40% discount ratio compare to 5 year median PB. ROE is standing at 10. One good sign is the cashflow has become positive since 2023 and current high interest rate will lead to higher finance income. There should be no restructuring cost incur for upcoming QR because of the termination on rice cooker. My bold prediction is that Q4Y23 profit around 20mil. Once investor realize the dividend is high with positive cashflow, this stock will finally move. i am so bullish and excited to wait for next QR. I have consistently collecting this and it take 30% of my portfolio now.

At current price 17.84, i think the downside is really low, this is a defensive stock and it require a lot patient to wait. It may take 6-1years with the support of good quarter result to reflect its TRUE value. Invest this like putting in FD but with better rewards. Happy investing =D

I have been collecting this counter for its coming dividend and its coming QR report which I think should be favorable. The company has big liquid assets which will bring in a high investment income in this higher interest regime. The other thing to note is that the price of input like iron ore (indirect) has drop quite substantially . I think this counter price could go much higher if there is restraint of selling by EPF.
