铁砂是炼钢的主要大宗商品。
价格是随著全球需求而波动。
两大主要输出国是澳洲和巴西。
价格如果升天，超过100美元
那澳洲和巴西赢完。
钢铁制造商， 中盘商， 消耗者
全部都是付出昂贵的价格。

这就好比原油涨到100美元，
石油输出国发大财。
炼油商成本上升。
驾车人士就得付昂贵的汽油价。

反过来说， 那不是铁砂越低越好。
对中盘商和消费者当然是好。
如果铁砂低于成本价，出口国就完蛋。
澳洲的铁砂成本在美元大约在20-30美元之间。

对钢铁制造商来说，得看他们使用高炉还是电炉。
高炉使用铁砂和煤，电炉使用废铁。
以大马本地生产商来说，
铁砂如果高涨， 那使用废铁生产， 成本低一些。
如果铁砂跌价， 那成本会低于使用废铁。

单一的高炉或电炉，
受制于各自的原料价格， 无法控制成本。
所以，混合高炉电炉在控制原料成本方面
就有它的极大优势.

原料2：废铁

大马的本地废铁其实不太多。
最多在吉隆坡， 槟城，和民都鲁。
主要必须有很多工业活动，造船活动，和建筑的地盘。
才有机会找到废铁。

废铁商也有几个层级。
普通路边收废铁和上门收的，
他们需要赚一个价差。
Rm0.87 per kg。
在他们之上，还有收购商
他们收了，再分成一号铁和二号铁。
RM0.98/kg 和RM0.90/kg。
（2017年4月的价格）

最后去到最大的收集商，
分割和挤压后卖给钢铁制造商炼钢。
一吨一千多马币。

废铁是使用电炉的钢铁商的原料，
在炼废铁的过程需要大量的电力，加入一些生铁，
排掉废渣， 造成钢胚。
最后钢胚轴压成各种尺寸的钢线卷或螺纹钢。
生产成本加上营运成本和运输成本。 就可以销售去市场了。
1吨的废铁能得到多少的钢铁， 取决于废铁的品质。

2017年4月， 大马的长钢平均
每吨销售价格介于RM2100-RM2300之间。
至于成本， 4间长钢厂不太一样。
目前成本最低的依然是Annjoo.

中国长钢VS大马长钢

按照目前的情况，
中国钢铁必须跌到什么价位足以进口大马？
2017年4月19日， 大马长钢平均价位大约是RM2150.
中国长钢进口大马， 必须低于RM1720。
也就是人民币2683。

2017年4月19日, 中国长钢平均价是人民币3450左右。
最低的价格是上海，也得要人民币3230左右。
人民币3230必须继续跌到2683，
才足以进口大马。

这一天会不会到来？
答案是机会很低。
除非铁砂跌到USD40以下，
但是到那个时候，
出口国澳州和巴西应该经济萧条了。

Hi ! Anson938,,, Melewar only doing Engineering integration system if I not wrong..and marketing the steel products by its subsidiary Mycron.

Mycron is the better option (in Cold Roll products)

I lost faith in Melewar , due ti their incompetent in the existing field they are now.
