EPF keeps on selling in big volume non-stop esp at RM 7.00 level so that someone can collect anything below RM 7.00 for a long long time forcing out the weak holders in order to facilitate take over at a much lower price? The practice and code of conduct is condoned by authority so far ? Just like big fishes makan small fishes....

日韩减购 亚洲液化天然气价格触三年低点
由于日本和韩国的购买量减少，加上供应增加，在过去五个月中，亚洲液化天然气(LNG)价格已大幅下跌近一半，触及逾三年低点。
交易商们表示，价格下跌已经迫使部分贸易商赔本销售船货。分析师们表示，美国、加拿大和澳大利亚都规划了数十亿美元的LNG出口项目，如果LNG价格维持在当前水平，亚洲买家可能不愿承诺购买这些项目的天然气。
韩国和日本是全球前两大LNG进口国，但这两国的购买量已经有所放缓。
去年冬天受安全丑闻影响，韩国关停了国内的核电厂，之后该国一直在增加天然气的库存。目前随着这些核电厂重新启动，该国对天然气的需要有所减少。
2011年福岛核电站事故后日本关停了发电量占全国三分之一的核电站，之后该国一跃成为全球最大的LNG进口国。但目前由于天气较常年温和，该国夏季的空调用电需求没有以往那么强劲。
贸易商们表示，根据日本近期的购买情况，亚洲现货市场的LNG船货价格已跌至每百万英国热量单位不足11美元，较2月份的20美元几乎下跌近一半。周三，普氏日本/韩国指标(Platts Japan/Korea Marker)报每百万英国热量单位10.925美元，创2011年3月以来最低价。
卡塔尔、澳大利亚以及东南亚生产商的供应超乎寻常的稳定，这一因素也令价格承压。这些地区生产中断的情况变得没有以往那么常见。巴布亚新几内亚的一座新厂于5月份提前开工，该国也一直在增加供应量。
位于新加坡的Tri-Zen Consulting的天然气行业咨询师里根(Tony Regan)称，一些交易员买入了高价货物，以14美元买入却得以13美元或者更低的价格卖出，使得卖方处于更加不利的境地。他表示，一些买家利用这一局面一直在压低出价。
日本和韩国的LNG买家通常会通过固定价格长期合同大量购买LNG，占到其需求的80%左右。剩下20%是在价格有波动的现货市场购买。
此类定期合同允许北亚的公共事业公司可以在双方同意购买量的基础上根据需求的季节性变化少买一点或者多买一点。近来LNG买家一直在利用这一点，他们减少了购买量，导致澳大利亚等供应方不得不将大量LNG放到现货市场去销售。
这给价格增添了下行压力。
在工业和交通中用到天然气的中国和印度的经济增长疲软，这也给市场带来拖累。
咨询公司Enerdata分析师罗哈吉(Abhishek Rohatgi)称，过一段时间当冬季货物招标开始后，现货市场价格可能会上涨，但考虑到当前的市场人气状况，价格不太可能升至类似于去年的水平。
