MISC ,is a good stock.
The downwards slide is to shake out retail buyers.
Its to frighten the weak ,and collection of MISC by Petronas proxies.
This is after ,failing to take MISC private.
Petronas is going to push MISC shares down to collect cheap from retail investors.
Just hold on.....MISC shares is cheap now

(吉隆坡24日訊）馬國際船務（MISC，3816，主要板貿易）80萬股場外交易，每股要價4.15令吉，較今日閉市價4.52令吉低37仙或8.9%。

　馬石油收購馬國際船務失敗后，后者股價狂跌，今日該股計有80萬股場外交易，4.15令吉價格比市價低約9%。

　聯昌證券研究指出，近期有許多事件發生和短期基金進駐馬國際船務大玩全面獻購戰，預期這些股東並不打算持有股份；該行預估，馬石油不會再花1年時間做另一個獻購計劃。

　上週五（19日）獻購截止后，馬石油持股達86%，仍低于90%獻購要求；馬國際船務上週五閉市下挫14仙至5.30令吉，該股本週開跑狂跌，昨日續跌低至4.54令吉，來到2月初馬石油提出獻購前交易水平。

　馬國際船務今日閉市報4.52令吉，跌2仙，成交量401萬4500股。

　該股今早低開，以4.48令吉迎市，跌4仙，交易半小時猛跌20仙，至4.32令吉，一度成全場最傷股項，較后雖數度收窄跌勢，但在投資者大肆拋售下，始終在4.36令吉水平線下波動。

　休市時，馬國際務暫掛4.36令吉，跌16仙，半日計有735萬6000股易手，較后以全日最低閉市報4.30令吉，滑落22仙，成交量1411萬700股。

　馬國際船務昨日（24日）計有80萬股以每股4.15令吉場外交易，較當日閉市價4.52令吉折價37仙或8.9%。

　聯昌證券研究昨日透露，短期基金進駐馬國際船務大玩全面獻購戰，隨著馬石油放棄獻購后，預期這些股東並不打算持有股權，或多或少衝擊投資者信心。

　母股走軟，馬國際船務-CQ（MISC-CQ，3816CQ，主要板備兌單）跟著走緩，在15仙至16.5仙間徘徊，閉市時掛15仙，跌2仙，成交量621萬8200股。

（吉隆坡24日訊）國際船務（MISC，3816，主板貿服組）週三共有80萬股股票在場外易手，每股成交價為4令吉15仙，比週二閉市價4令吉54仙低39仙或8.59%。

該股週三閉市時下跌2仙至4令吉52仙，全日成交量共有401萬4千500股。

國際船務最近成為市場焦點，由於大股東國油上週五宣佈全面獻購計劃失敗，令該股在本周開市之後便慘遭賣壓欺凌，股價節節退敗。

據聯昌研究表示，國油要在一年之後才能夠展開另一輪全面獻購行動。該行對船務業持中和看法。

在國油公佈全面獻購之前，聯昌給予國際船務的目標價為4令吉32仙，隨著私有化計劃告吹，目標價也從5令吉30仙回調至4令吉32仙，但是，投資者應留意該股可能面對龐大賣壓，令股價深跌。（星洲日報／財經）

同一个“不公平但是合理”，下场却完全两样，宛如龙生九子，子子不同。

两个月前，丰隆资本（HLCAP，5274，主板金融股）全购落幕，大股东的献购价1.71令吉不得人心，以失败告终。

丰隆资本遨翔在天不过，从那时开始，丰隆资本很争气，变成了一只飞龙，遨翔在天。其股价至今仍在4令吉以上，比献购价高了不止一倍，让不接受献购的股东深觉自己做对了决定。

上个星期，深具争议性的马国际船务（MISC，3816，主板贸服股）全购案也宣告结束，收购者———国油公司（PETRONAS）一度提高出价至5.50令吉，才艰辛的获得公积金局首肯，可惜定的90%接受率门槛太高，导致功亏一篑，以失败破局。

马国际船务跳水探低

和丰隆资本不同的是，其股价并没有一飞冲天，反而跳水探低，跌下4.50令吉。原来马国际船务果然习性属水，蛟龙一只是也，国油捉之不住，唯有任之潜游大海去也。

小股东五味杂陈，心情非常“痛快”———痛并快乐着；快乐于正义获得申张，却痛股价之大跌，独立投资顾问的担忧果然发生。

有人事后分析，丰隆资本早被大股东牢牢控制了80%，收购股额只有5200万股左右，再加上多了一位大老板———拿督游光春一路扫货，使得原本稀少的股票更少，因此股价居高不下。

反观马国际船务，做为一只重量级的蓝筹股，国油控制了62.67%，其余的（16.7亿股）多数散布在基金经理手上，多年来相信不少经理的持股成本价是蛮高的（包括公积金局）。尤其是它近年才以7令吉发售附加股，如今要以5.50令吉收回，如意算盘可打得响。

这项收购最终不成功，国油说将会退回之前接受收购的股东。坦白说，这可苦了这些股东。一旦将股票过账给国油，就失去了股权，如今收购失败，虽然会收到“退票”，但在股票正式存进户口前，却不能将它变卖，眼巴巴的看着股价重挫，财富缩水。不晓得有关当局如何怃恤这群失意的股东？

小股东权益监督委员会（MSWG）似乎有针对马国际船务召开论坛，结论是叫股东们不要接受献议吗？那么，不公平的交易取消了，MSWG有继续照顾到小股东的权益，叫他们以平常心看待今日“公平”的股价吗？

另外，MSWG认为国油在14天内回退股票的做法是很快、刚刚好，或太慢了？

我们有这疑问，是因为我们不清楚，14天的限期是20年前的标准，还是2013年的标准？

我们也有点混乱，收购失败了，接受收购的股东却在这段时间（外加14天）失去股票的拥有权，不能卖也不能转让，这叫公平吗？

buy slow, small and hold steady, this is a $4.x investment at this sensitive junction, yr cash can be easily lock down for months to come.

best is stay sideline until ge13 is over, afterall, what do u expect within this period for misc? no need to rush at all.

（吉隆坡25日讯）马国际船务（MISC，3816，主板贸服股）24日出现一批80万股或约0.02%股权在场外交易，总交易价332万令吉。

上述股权以每股4.15令吉成交，比24日闭市价4.52令吉低37仙或8.92%。

自国家石油（Petronas）提出私有化献议后，马国际船务就受到市场瞩目。不过，最后国家石油的私有化计划失败。

截至上周五，国家石油仅取得马国际船务的86%股权，低于要求成为无条件献议的90%水平，这让他们献购破局。

目标价砍至RM4.32

随着宣布献购失败，马国际船务股价从上周五到昨天已挫跌78仙或14.72%至4.52令吉。

联昌国际投资研究分析员表示，很多由事件带动和短期基金主要因全面献购议案而投资在马国际船务，并预计这些股东会长久守住股权。

此外，该投行也指出，国家石油无法在1年内提出新献议，并给予整体船务领域“中和”的投资评级。

私有化献议提出前，联昌国际投资研究给予马国际船务目标价格为4.32令吉，这比综合估值法（SOP）的6.17令吉低30%，以反映出该股缺乏催化剂及油轮周期低迷等影响。

“随着献购失败，我们会将目标价格从现在的水平5.30令吉下修至4.32令吉。不过，投资者应该留意市场卖压后对该股带来的价值。”

if petronas capex 200b oil & gas. that means they must use misc facilities because they r main share holder. sure that is good future income. That why petronas what 2 bring private now. petronas not simply take over there no well about this company. 4 me 5.50 not accepts buy shareholder because they no the petronas future plan to its all subsi.....

Petronas will push it down further.
Their new strategy is to collect MISC cheap in the open market.

MISC must be the worst performing monopoly ever...still remember it was once at RM9+...Read an article on MHHE (subsi of MISC) from the Edge. 700+ external suppliers bleeding it dry and many not qualified...Bet MISC the same!!!
