magnum drop because they gave up mphb capital via capital repayment. mphbcao is now 2RM so old share now 5 + !!!

Magnum 3.07 + MPHBCap 2.01 = 5.08RM this is value now if you took MPHBCAP shares. Id you din take shares but cash it's like 3.07 + .95 or 4.02RM. So some winners but no losers.

Cost of treasury shares todate av aporox 1.70.Already there is a profit.Also ceo said,potential gain to be realised in the long term 243mil investment in u-mobile.Another 60 mil still to be recovered fr. tax payment.All these are goodies.Good buy at 3rm

It means buying back shares will increase the percent ownership of all stock owners and it could for major owners take then over the percent limit whereby they have to make a general offer for all the stock of the company. This is to exempt them from being forced to make a general offer if that should occur because it was not their doing but the company's doing caused by its stock buyback that pushed them over the limit.

This counter is going higher. Share buyback will increase eps and extra dividends will kick up dps. Management has been very good at looking after shareholders and I see no reason why they will not continue to do so.
