One of the reason for rights issue is to settle loans outstanding and reduce gearing and yet the company accept new AUD 67 m loan from Citibank.

Even after getting 25 sen from right issue Mulpha still drop even lower. If really good Mulpha should give not keep asking for more money through RI. Drop below 20 sen or even 10-15 sen is likely. Better sell now.

Inspite of land in prime location, Directors not going to monetise to benefit minority shareholders, likely to keep down share prices for the purpose of privatise @ below RI cost once they got enough from open market. Watch out!!!

Don't expect to much on Mulpha. Better look at Gadang, Gkent, & Kerjaya! Lee Sheng Huang possibly plans towards to his objective - privatise Mulpha by pressing down the price again and again. I thought during the right issue in Jun, other players will come in.....seem no body dare to put their leg into the trap designed by Family Lee.
