Hi guys,

Dutaland is an Asset Play.
Calvin recommended it at 39.5 sen

Price already up more than 40% due to asset disposal.

Market has priced in the coming 10 sen dividend.

If Dutaland continues with its good dividend then Dutaland will turn into Asset cum dividend play.

In any case Dutaland has zero borrowings(or negligible) and very safe now.
Any price weakness can just add a little every month.


For next week TA being another asset play will see good results from Asset Disposal.
