Midas_max,I don't agree with you with the properties will be revalue after the start of GST.So far I understood that the selling of the property adding 6% on it.Also the document like S&P have to pay6% to it price.I don't think properties will be revalue.

Small accumulation happening to this counter but i personally think there will no "goreng" in the mean time . As for me the only catalyst that will trigger "goreng" is launching of the imago mall . When it happen most of investment bank will revalue this counter and that will be the catalyst to trigger the"goreng" . They said the mall will be launch on december so wait n see how (:
