According to research , Imago mall is a investment asset and could generate around 30mil per annum . The share will be revalue around 0.45 after some discount given to this counter . After rebounce a bit today , it give a small confirmation of uptrend . I will update more if there any sign of breakout . Cheers

This is my personal opinion - From 20Okt to 7Nov an accumulation pattern had already happen , I'm expecting another accumulation pattern will happen from today onward until december . If it happen then it will become clearer that on december maybe we can see a breakout and bull will start .

I think yesterday volume high is a hint of some insider already park in their money in asiapac . Is a good sign for a goreng soon . How soon ? I dont know but i think on december there will a show . Trade on your own risk and hope we can enjoy the profit soon (:

Excluding debt and all, Imago itself is worth 80cents per share (800k sqft X RM1k psf at least). Net asset is just .39 now but once the mall is recognized... :)
