Not goreng my fren even with margin I can hold for 6 months . I never contra !! Just pay interest not so bad cos by then Imago would hav open....don't believe can remain at 0.30 when Imago opens

samsoongyc.... why so confidence? Sometime the global market not so good will drag down the price. For me i will see this counter to be correct below 30 sen soon. from 32 - 33, 31 to 32, and now 30 to 30.5 not even 31 sen now. If tonight US market drop another 100 to 200 points, i think this counter will correct to below 30 sen. This is only my guess

Oh.... not yet whack only when dipped below certain level . I know.... operator here very patient n deadly . Hav made here so hav foreign cap . Anyway plan to hold for long haul very very undervalued if u do simple math just by the worth of Imago Mall !!!! No risk no gain !!!!!

im holding this stock also. since it is holding around 30 cents during this bad week, it is really a good stock. if drops to 28 cents i will buy somemore. even if drop to 25 cents, in a matter of one or two days it will shoot up. all this drama always happen. again and again. as long as it is a good company. unless somebody imago got problem then i surely sell.

Malaysia securities commission is not strength. If you notice most of the quarterly result announcement delayed more 1-2 months. I think they should improve to shorten to less than 3 weeks.

Government has focused on development in Sabah (Tourism & Industrial) in the past few years. I believe the 10/10 Malaysia 2015 budget report will announce the positive news to Sabah development. Basically the foreign SM has been withdraw at this moment. When they come back, it will be show time.

-Imago mall @ 800,000sqft ++ which 80% is rented out with strong trade and tenant

-The Loft Residence @ Times Square 2 with GDV 558mil over 15 acres land and VP on 3rd quarter 2014

- Fortune Perdana@ kepong 3 block compromise of 576 unit which 98% sold and 55% construction work with GDV RM365 mil over 6 acres land

-Dataran Larkin @ Johor Phase 1 sold with GDV RM110mil and will VP on 4th quarter 2014
-Dataran Larkin @ Johor Phase 2 is launched on 3rd quarter 2014 @ 30 units 3 sty commercial boutique shop office

- Damansara 8 @ Damansara Damai GDV 240 mil(upcoming project will launch on 1st quarter 2015) 2 block condo compromise with 605 units

-Carpark operation under BH Realty S/B & Syarikat Kapasi S/B with revenue RM2.97mil (20% increase compare to last year 2.47mil) also with profit RM1.26 mil (41% increase compare to last year RM 0.89 mil)
