91989364, the upside is very huge for this stock. So even at 0.25 is still pretty good price to enter. Or you can wait for 24.5cents. This stock broke a huge resistance at 23 cents so it won't go back below 23 cents d. So you need to evaluate yourself what price above 23 cents you wanna pay lo. But for me TP is at least 40 cents within this year. Others have even higher TP. So you decide lo.

Lotus! There's no point to convince doubters! I can give thousand reasons for what! Once in a lifetime undervalue stock like Asiapac will not tell you why! Once reach 1.00, RHB will do their con job and make beautiful target price of 2.00! So I think you should wait for RHB to recommend to you!

I did asked one senior here to valuate Asiapac, he gave a thumb down and fail to see the billion market value of Imago mall! Fail to see RM70 millions recurring income yearly! Fail to see half billion unbilled sales not including unsold units! If you only see debts which are part of construction cost, if you only see thin margin due to uncomplete projects then you don't see what you should see! You must see VALUE! If you fail to see VALUE then you fail!

You must also understand the slowdown in property market will hit soon! Recurring income is the way to go! Mark my word, most of the property counters with no recurring income will be in big trouble come slowdown!
