40 sen could happen faster than what has been talked about in this thread

Now everybody is saying that 40 sen can be reached by Q4, when imago open, right ?

Don't forget the property development operations. The latest quarter the prop development has delivered very healthy report card. With 500 mil unbilled sales, we could be in the midst of an earning sweet spot. If the coming quarter prop devpment result surprise on the upside, I think the big wave can sweep fourtunebullz's boat to Indian Ocean

You can get the best seafood ( big prawns, garoupa, etc) in Sabah. I was in KK for 17 years.

The situation only got better during first half of 21st century. Imago mall location is very central in kk city. I know the place like the back of my hand. Thats why i can imagine the cons as well. But i believe the pros are more than the cons.
