Double top is forming now. If Asiapac can close above 0.32 with high volume, then it will be fantastic.
If decline, it must not drop below 0.30. Else not good sign

This transaction means that AsiaPac has acquired the Semenyih land for RM4.40psf.

EcoWorld paid RM10.50psf for 492.66 acres in Semenyih just last month.
