Revenue and profit increased, but with high taxtation. Taxation will only rebate and show in finance report Q 4. Without the income from imago mall i believe property development itself asiapac in year 2015 is more than eps 4, plus the imago mall income, in year 2015 could reach eps 8 to 10. current price 0.335 still very much undervalue for this counter, keep in one year return believe more than 100%

Contractors & property counters profit is like that one lar... up & down & subject to manipulation somemore. It is up to the management to decide how much revenue & cost to be reported. The management just have to make sure to fine-tune the financial report at the end of the financial year to present a true & fair view.

not much to say about the EPS, for a property stock , its expected to be inconsistent. its all about imago mall, really sad i sold it at 26.5cent several months ago, i bought back some at 33c this morning

EPS for Q1 of last year ending 30/6/2013 is .31, the lowest of all four quarters of the year.

As long as there is no big surprise like a loss or anything, I am confident that the fundamentals are still intact.
