@abangadik - Hi abangadik, it's been awhile, how are your stocks doing?
Ya this is typical 溏心风暴 hk drama, so let them finish with the court case and all then only can they move on focusing back on the business.
But it's okay cause this stock has high book value, just need to unlock the value. Will require some patience loh.

I have a client whose company consist of more than 10 shareholders where the company is having few lands valued more than 30mil market value now, they have been fighting for how to deal with the lands whether to JV with others for property development or just sell off the lands & return cash to all shareholders.

They have been fighting since the lands were purchased at cost of 8mil 20 years ago, nothing can be done as the 2 groups are now suing each others.

After reading the stories reported in the edgeweekly, 34 legal cases among WTK major shareholders' families are never been easy tasks to handle especial when there were events conducted successfully by one group but totally disadvantged to the other group.

The Japan’s economy grew at an annualized rate of 2.2 percent in the third quarter, better

Plantation
The Group’s FFB production increased by 61.2% as compared
to the previous corresponding year. As more mature hectarage are moving into higher production cycle, the division is expected to improve its performance in years ahead. Moving
forward the CPO prices would be heading for some corrections as the palms are recovering from last year’s El Nino effect of lower FFB production.

from tis quarter, we can see the timber business is recovering, just the O&G sector drawdown the profit, if we seriously look on the P&F statement, Share of results of associates lost on 19.8M which is the main cause to the bottom line results.
