15. Review of Performance of the Company and Its Principal Subsidiaries:

For the current quarter under review, the Group recorded total revenue of RM158 million and profit before taxation of RM117 million as compared to the revenue of RM59 million and profit before taxation of RM21 million in the preceding year corresponding quarter.

For the financial period ended 31 March 2014, the Group recorded a total revenue of RM279 million and profit before taxation of RM167 million as compared to the revenue of RM140 million and profit before taxation of RM44 million in the preceding year corresponding financial period.

* PROPERT DEVELOPMENT SEGMENT continues to be the MAJOR CONTRIBUTOR towards the Group's revenue for the financial period ended 31 March 2014, recording a total revenue of RM261 million as compared to RM106 million in the preceding year corresponding financial period. The improved revenue results in AN INCREASE OF RM155 MILLION in the Group's profit before taxation.

Timber related segment recorded a profit of RM4.3 million for the financial period ended 31 March 2014 as stated in Note 7above, arising mainly due to the non operational event of the completion of the disposal of a subsidiary and assets held for sale. Great Eastern Mills Berhad ("GEM"), a subsidiary company, has entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement on 11 December 2012 to dispose a wholly-owned subsidiary company of GEM (refer Note 10) and a piece of leasehold land located at Kelantan Darul Naim measuring approximately thirty acres. The disposal has been completed on 21 November 2013.

Investment properties segment recorded a profit of RM19.7million for the financial period ended 31March2014 asstated in Note7 above, arising mainly due to the fair value gain on investment properties.


16. Material Changes for the Current Quarter as Compared with the Preceding Quarter:

Apart from the improvement in property development segment as mentioned above, there are no other material changes in the current quarter as compared with the preceding quarter.

17. Prospect:

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects continued improvement in the Group's performance in the remaining quarter. The Group continues to focus on and enhance its main core business, while exploring for new resources to generate sustainable income.

IF ONLY… SEAL could sustain 30% of the above income (i.e, approx. 35M net profit per annum).
35M/216M shares

EPS = 16 sen

Maintaining EPS from other sectors per annum: approx.
3.3 sen per qtr x 4 = 13 sen

Total EPS from above = 29

Using a very conservative PE of 7.0, (note it was trading at PE above 10, 12 before)

PRICE = 0.29 x 7.0 = 2.0

At the cross road now. Quite tricky. If able to close above 126 tomorrow, then it's a bullish insider day or harami. Bearish trend if tomorrow's closing price is below 119. Need more days for trend observation if the closing price is in the range of 119/126.

Actually, it needs a correction before it can go up again. I am expecting to collect at the lower side definitely not under RM 1. Look at the previous point of correction. Like it or not that is the reality. Those who still have profit, that was a good judgement to buy when it was low. Those who bought at the 1.30 ish to 1.40, you need to be patient. Mind you it will go up. I am rooting for it.

if Fibonacci chart based on 5 wave +abc wave . This one should be in the beginning of wave 5 now.....based on 6 months chart....other waves not very applicable . But for long term better based on fundamental....coz charts may change daily based on buying and selling strength n others...
