吉隆坡（12月7日）：国际媒体声称制药公司辉瑞公司面临的Covid-19疫苗供应问题不会影响其对马来西亚的供应，预计将在明年第一季度进行。

科技创新部长Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar说，根据媒体报道，这个问题只会影响到今年的产量。

“我知道供应问题，但同一份媒体报道也指出，该问题只会影响2020年的供应。据我所知，这不会影响明年马来西亚政府的供应。”他在今天坐在这里的德万拉基亚特的问答环节中说。

他正在回答艾哈迈德·法赫米·穆罕默德·法齐尔（PH-Lembah Pantai）的补充问题，即路透社报道的疫苗供应链问题是否会影响到马来西亚的Covid-19疫苗供应。

然而，凯里说，如果供应链出现中断，政府将确定多家公司的其他疫苗组合，因为依靠一家公司可能会面临无法为马来西亚人获得足够疫苗供应的风险。

Khairy谈到除了30亿令吉拨款之外还可能产生的额外费用，他说与疫苗生产商的每项协议都将考虑运输和存储等费用。

他说：“例如，我们与辉瑞（Pfizer）达成协议，我们为每剂药物支付的费用还包括该公司将承担的运输费用。”

在回答最初的问题时，Khairy说，迄今为止已经签署了两项协议，以确保为30％的人口提供足够的Covid-19疫苗。

“第一份协议是通过11月23日签署的《选择性购买协议》与全球COVAX设施达成的，该协议保证为10％的人口提供疫苗，而第二份协议是与辉瑞公司的初步购买协议，该协议于11月24日签署，旨在提供为20％的人口（1280万剂）提供疫苗。”他说。

他说，政府不会损害所购买疫苗的安全性和有效性，只有在获得卫生部国家药品监督管理局（NPRA）的注册和批准后，才可以最终决定是否使用疫苗。

马来西亚人口将在2021年第一季度获得Covid-19疫苗的70％目标将重点放在成年人身上，以使该国达到《国家免疫计划》规定的牛群免疫门槛。

为了实现剩余目标，Khairy说政府正在与其他Covid-19疫苗生产公司进行谈判。

It is not the matter of slight lower Brent oil price today and most importantly the price of Brent oil per barrel HY bought 6 months ago on which next Q ....

Do you think you know the margin profit of oil much better than big players or bankers but experienced players know it roughly ? Oil price will be stable or higher to USD50 plus over vaccine action based on my 2 cents.

If u see the graph of heng yuan rise from rm2 to rm18... the retracement is very small. Meaning to will go up... stable.. then go up again
