Assume they have 18days stock in Dec , sales maintains 10.7 m , crude price spike USD 9 in 18 days

10.7m x 18/90 x (9)x 4.0 =77m

If the crude oil maintain the uptrend from Jan to end of March
inventory make profit every day
77m x 90/18 = 385m

talking about Inventory gain from oil spike only.

Abc333, hengyuan way undervalue base on your future EPS rm1.20 with pe 10 . Hengyuan should be around rm12.00 . Just have more conservative calculation ...let say eps is 60sen .
Hengyuan should be rm6.00 .
Now only rm3.86 ...is way too cheap.
