Petron Corp just press released Q3 Consolidated net income of P8.2 billion and operating income stood strong at P16.5 billion, 23% more than 2021’s P13.4 billion without the detail financial result.

Once the detail Q3 financial result release in next few days then can work backward from Net income attributable to Non-controlling interest to get the NP for Petron Malaysia.

Petron Corp has borrowing of more than USD 1 billion. A 10% depreciation against USD will result in more than 5.8 billion peso addition to the borrowing in Philipine Peso currency.

HY want to refinance more than rm1.5 bil to repay the old loan and extra for working capital leh. Meaning loan amount will exceed rm1.5bil kah. Why keep increase borrow money one. Cannot generate cash kah. Earn at least another rm 2.00 eps as per many show facts n figures leh. By then increase by how much this time. Dunno lah. Haiyoh. Correct?

Frankly speaking, Banks have avoided Petroleum companies for some time. That's why HY went for Bonds market to borrow.

The Business operations of PetronM and HY are different. But it would be a huge surprise if PetronM's earnings are not in line with Refinery/Retail modules..........

Refinance by way of other Banks or from Bonds??? But the company has arranged for more working capital and the current bank loans are nothing to worry about.

The HY price is highly dependent on Earnings and hopefully PetronM would not drag it down together.

You see USD vs RM April to June 4.20 - 4.40. Jul to Sept 4.40 - 4.60 leh. Then what happen to USD loan equivalent to rm1.5bil increase further or not. Future oct to dec 4.60 - ??? Dunno leh. Fed increase rate further next month 0.5 to 0.75 if lah. BNM sempat to increase rate or not. Dunno leh. Haiyoh. Correct?
