I think @MSWG should involved in this case, Shareholder that is more than specific stake (like 10% and above) able to qualify for the request so that I wouldn't happen such incident and protect Malaysia Framework. Else what is the point of meeting , so everything in future can just say not within the constitution and everything just like gone case ?

Wah lau eh, the company is sitting on rich assets like the kelana square parking lots that everyone wants to go park?!?! Wire fencing business that everyone's house still uses?!?! seriously I dunno how they manage to inflate those numbers in their annual report. Dispose? YES management is doing nothing to turnaround? Simple cos its frivolous lawsuit and contains erroneous facts. Trolls from the goreng syndicate are saying shareholders should support the goreng syndicate way of pushing up share price and dumping on minority shareholders. Look at Prolexus and YB Ventures share price as a testament for what they do. Goreng syndicate only have their own interest in mind and not public shareholders, otherwise its not called a syndicate but public goreng
