More than just tax exemption lah
These are powerful boosters
1. 3 major typhoon hit heilongjiang China bread basket wiped off all China Soy and Corn crops China's agriculture has been wrecked by major typhoon and flood this year So must buy more vegetable oil
2. Same flood also happened in India Indian crop production crashed due to floods So both India and China not enough vege oil
3. As a result of floods prices of sunflower oil, canola oil, soybean oil and corn oil now at all time high
This pulls up palm oil as it is still the cheapest
4. Last year swine flu wiped off pigs in China So lots of soy meal and palm kernal cakes now needed to boost pig production in China
5. USA in drought so less soybean and corn leading to higher soybean prices This will lift up palm oil
6. Drought in Argentina and Brazil also deplete soybean and corn production
7. Typhoon in greece, Thailand and Vietnam , Korea, mexico and Japan also wiped out crops
8. La nina effect
Too much rainfall in certain countries Hot drought in others
Cause huge shortage of food
9. All these are converging factors for multi year shortage of vege oil world wide
10. A superbull in palm oil stocks might commence soon
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
