If fcpo maintain at Rm3000 to Rm3200 then Feb 2021 result expected to be fantastic

Jtiasa will then meet the Golden rule of 2 quarter positive earnings

Visibility getting very clear now

Calvin bought Supermax at Rm1.73 in April 2020 and sold above Rm18.00 for more than 1,000% profit

Supermax was Rm1.40 to Rm1.47 in December 2019 when Covid 19 started in Wuhan

Yet in March 2020 crashed Supermax also crashed to Rm1.30 in fear like now
even though Covid 19 caused USA to shut it's doors to European traveler

So same fear being played out

Fcpo already traded between Rm3200 to Rm3300 range today and yet Jtiasa can drop instead of rise in tandem with Cpo price surge

This total overlook by Mr Market presents value investors to load up in palm oil stocks especially Jtiasa

Another thing good coming is Jtiasa bank int will be reduced further most probably to only 1.5% to 2.5%

Jtiasa certainly doing right to borrow and buy those Pulau bruit lands at only 1.6 sen psf

Borrowing to invest is ok if money borrowed generates good returns

Even Spore Govt borrows to invest in student accommodation in Germany and health care hospital to generate income

And DBS bankers also see value in Jtiasa

DBS bank also in Top 30 holders of Jtiasa

The Company es mated the recoverable amount of the investments in subsidiaries based on their es mated VIU and fair value less cost to sell.

Yes Raider..lost a MYVI based on current price of 10.5 sen....but ok mah...!!

It is short term situation ....bcos eventually....the fear of MR market will always go away mah...!!

Always invest based on margin of safety where the net cash of netx is 15 sen v share price 10.5 sen and the improving prospect of netx due to monetization of its apps mah....!!

No need to listen to sohai...they do not have any exposure & upto no good mah...just stay & hang on with netx loh...!!

Do not forget the major shareholders, insiders, the syndicates and including raider lose monies right now loh...!!
Thus u should be very comfortable with Netx loh..!!

this NETX will quickly turn around mah...do not worry of daily mkt fluctuation that is for sohai traders & gamblers, just stay on course & hold long term mah...!!

Happily buying Jtiasa on sale today as well as waiting on Netx listing

From July to Sept Jtiasa already secured 300,000 tonnes of fresh fruit bunches

Plus cpo and others it should double it's revenue to over Rm300 millions

With no more impairment mark down Jtiasa result should be excellent

If FY21 Q1 is short of 99,592 tons Fruit Bunches compared to FY20 Q1 , ( 23.4 % ).
But FY21 Q1 CPO average price is RM 2753 ...FY20 Q1 is RM 2014 .. Difference of 26.8 %

If we take CPO cost price is around 1800,
2014-1800 = 214 ; 2753-1800 =953
the generated profit from the sector could be 4x of FY20Q1 even the harvest drops 23%.
