guys, with development of infrastructure on rural area, the land price itself & nearby area will increase its future value significantly. so the value of the landlord will spike as well upon revaluation.
Calvintanengyii, we know, we know, currently JTIASA is your girlfriend, so you praise her so much, but how about your ex-girlfriends-- such as MULPHA, GSB
Peoplr always blame others on share price dropped that they bought after blindly accept others recommendation and have no own investment perception. We always take note that all decision made by yourself and money belong to you not to recommenders; we must study about it if you have knowledge and experience to differentiate speculative and investment counters.
Calvin recommend a buy since Jtiasa price 1.1*, so those who buy at correct timing still holding at surplus till now.. Also some smarter one could already sold at 1.6 - 1.8 & earn quite a feat.based on my view, his way of trading period between 1-2 yrs or more..
Someone with malicious intent have tried to misled and misrepresent my intentions here.
I have no intention of always taking credit for predictions and to avoid responsibility of stocks I promoted which did not perform as expected.
In any case while I have called for a buy on JTiasa when it was Rm1.18 I have not forgotten other stocks like Mulpha, Pm Corp & Mp Corp.
Since There is an undercurrent of discontent here against me I shall cease writing about JTiasa for the time being & will highlight Mulpha, Pm Corp & Mp Corp and others in coming days.
I always advocate a longer term view. So please be careful if you go short term speculating.

Govt should put pressure on all plantation Cos' to increase yield, they can give examples of IOI/KLK/UP whose yield is high hence they pay more tax n dividend.Very simple, increasing Levy is not d solution!
although palm oil prices is up the yield is down, Meaning the counter that own oil palm might not make as much. The decrease in yield is very noticeable as I own an oil palm plantation.
