DNeX 对 CGP 的全资子公司 Mimastronics Technologies Company Limited 提起法律诉讼（该公司还持有 Silterra 40% 的股权）。


DNeX 和 CGP 分别拥有 Silterra 60:40。

然而，DNeX 的 60% 部分是通过 DNeX Semi 向 MIMAS 发行 ICPS（总额为 1 亿令吉）的部分资金。

MIMAS有权将此ICPS转换为拥有DNeX Semi 33.3%的股权。

转换后，这将转化为额外 20% 的 Silterra 股权。

33.3% x 60% = 20%

复杂的是——根据 MITI 的说法，有一个条件是 SilTerra 至少 55% 的股权由马来西亚实体拥有。

违反此条件可能会导致执照被吊销。

Bursa Malaysia has suspended the short selling of Dagang Nexchange Bhd (DNeX) shares for the rest of the day under proprietary day trading (PDT) and intraday short selling (IDSS).

The suspension was made after the technology company's stock dived more than 15 sen, or 15 per cent, from the reference price.

"The short selling under PDT and IDSS will only be activated the following trading day, Monday, Nov 21 2022 at 08:30 am,” the stock exchange regulator said.

Technically, the CHART SAYS THE PRICE HAS COLLAPSED below multiple more than 5 strong parallel supports since 18 months ago, march 2021 IN ONE GO!

It means IT WILL DIE.
After a few cents rebound, it will go lower than todays low of 0.455 WELL ON ITS WAY BACK TO SQUARE ONE 0.25 - 0.30 to hybernate there for a year or 2.
