NED Tun Noor Tun Razak enjoying:
1. Playing the fool at AGM (taking Facebook photos, doing nothing but smile and wave, act serious kononnye)
2. Paid directors fees

At the same time, Shareholders of Dnex:
1. Suffer from bad decision from management
2. Have their trust treated like a piece of crap by management

If these people have some dignity left in them, forfeit directors fees to settle the lawsuit and pay for real value adding work, not paying for santai and do nothing but smile and wave

How does a director feel when she post Facebook photos of herself doing nothing and enjoying santai and jamuan when:
1. All shareholders in the same meeting is suffering huge loss on investment in Dnex (Especially Foxconn that bought at 0.90 suffering a loss of more than 40%)
2. All employees not motivated as ESOS is out of money
3. Silterra employees concerned if management changes (if arbitration goes CGP way)

Appear that the director feel like she should do nothing, look pretty, smile, wave and act serious kononnye

Shareholders of Dnex unfairly penalised by losing more than 40% because the directors signed the agreement and now want to U turn.

All the shareholders did was to trust the management to carry out duties responsibly.

But now even shareholders are not given an answer why was the agreement signed?

Worst still, in AGM one of the NED taking Facebook photos and she mentioned that all she does is:
1. Look pretty
2. Smile and wave
3. Act serious (kononnye)

What kind of behaviour is this of a NED of a listed co?
