Saw quite some negative comment over the management. However I find many was due to racism and biased. On the other hand, since this is a "bumi" coperate with project & opportunity mainly from the government or GLC, then its mean at the end government would intervene to resolve the Silttera dispute since its the only "bumi" controlled semiconductor manufacturing company. Of cause politic (PH, BN, PN) would still there, however to gain some "bumi" support and not to embarrasses anyone (with all those TanSri, Tun, Dato titles) due to poor management work, government backing would still be there.
I am speculate what if DNEX manage to get some fund from Saudi to release some China share hold in Silterra.

Saudis is interest on those technology investment, while oil & gas is still their cash cow. Ajlan & Bros Holding is looking for opportunity to get involve in semiconductor manufacturing with Dnex. While the plan for setting up a fab in Negeri Sembilan with Foxconn and Dnex, they can probably buy up some share own by China in Silterra. Of cause how its work would be a challenge since MITI rule is Malaysian 51%.

1. Screwed up agreement with valuable partner, then blame it on everyone but themselves.
2. Want to appoint own people to board of subsidiary, citing need to protect own interest, but fail to understand their share price premium is due to their valuable partner.
3. Plans to dilute shareholders for oil venture, which is a sunset industry
4. Continue to invest in sunset oil industry without a clear plan
5. Sign multiple MOUs but did not communicate to shareholders what is the clear execution plan
6. Audit committee chairman post on her Facebook that she does nothing but smile and wave, and act serious (“kononnye”), while being paid directors fee
7. The same director is also awarded ESOS of 1.5mil shares

Shareholders became the real victims due to plummet in share price. However, executive chairman is more concerned with victims overseas, as proven by his daily sharing on Instagram stories.

While he is so concerned and caring about overseas victims, shareholders who are victims of share price collapsed are ignored and not given any care.

All these while shareholders were the ones that invested further into the company by converting warrants. Shareholders interest are not protected, while directors continue to earn handsome salary while shareholders suffer in silence while being ignored

1.Dnex has been experiencing a spectacular down trend since 17/2/2022. For two (2) years the counter collapsed from a high of Rm1.33 to 34.5 sen on Friday 20th Jan 2024. It has declined 98.5 sen of 74%. The company has 3156m issued share capital and hence, a massive amount of RM3.1b has been erased from its market capital. All its investors and punters and syndicates suffered enormous losses. The selling is continuing and the worst is yet to come.

2. Technically, the 9 day EMA has crossed over the 26 day EMA on 31/May 2022 from above to below the 26 day moving average line at 1.01 sen. This is a dead cross and it is indicative of a bearish market and in the case of Dnex it is the beginning of a massive down trend.
3.Thereafter, the bears continued to charge forward and the counter maintained its course of decline. The daily closing price is falling faster than both the average lines. At the closing price of 34.5 sen it has fallen below both the average lines. This is alarming and a cause for concern. The worst is not over yet.

4. The MACD also exhibited a gloomy scenario. The MACD line has also decisively crossed over from above to below the signal line. More alarmingly, both the MACD and signal line is trending below the zero line. Furthermore, the gap between the two lines has widen and the solid red histogram which is a measure of momentum has been expending progressively. If the momentum persist on and the selling pressure intensify, the bears will make greater havoc and conquer new territory in the southern region. SO, buyers beware.

5. The RSI relative strength index has been languishing below the 50 points neutral line for months and is currently trending at between 20 and 30 points level.It has remained and continued to consolidate at the oversold level with no sign of improvement.

6. In summary, all the indicators are not looking good for Dnex

7. If you are a risk taker looking for some excitement and attempting to trade and benefit from a short term bottom reversal, than great care must be exercised to limit your losses.

8. A stop loss order must be in place.
You could be in for a surprise for the bottom reversal could turn out to be a falling knife.

6. Let it be forewarned and trade wisely.

The way minority shareholders are treated is a real act of penindasan by the management

Management continue to enjoy high salary despite their multiple bloopers that caused the livelihood of shareholders to suffer and leave employees in state of uncertainty.

Yet, they have the decency to claim that it’s just a disagreement between shareholders, and does not affect the business.

This type of penindasan mentality by the management is highly shameful.

All these while the management spends more time relating to penindasan in the Middle East, instead of the penindasan of their own shareholders
