just before CNY, i did saw a Qr release But it flash past very fast, i did saw a small profit ( maybe 7-8mil )---
And Huge Oil Tax Expenses about 250mil so i went in to do some digging ( just saw UK impose like prosperity
Tax on Oil and than every thing disappeared from Bursa listing )---Will management change results since i think
results will not be release until 29Feb?????????????

We all know the problems, the dispute with CGP, the cooperation of CGP with Hon Hai in Siltera?, the transfer of 359 million shares from Arcadia to Annedjma Capital, the motive of taking Ping to private and many more....just because there is no one real boss making decisions for the good of the company.

Where got listed company director makan and holiday everyday and still get money from dnex while all investors in dnex suffer severe losses.

The Board of Directors of Dagang NeXchange Berhad wishes to announce that Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company had accepted the Letter of Acceptance from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRB”) in relation to software maintenance and support as well as applications improvements of the IRB’s Hasil Integrated Taxation Systems (“HITS Project”).



The tenure of the HITS Project is for a period of two (2) years from 15 February 2024 to 14 February 2026. The total value of the HITS Project amounts to RM11,168,840.00.
