Media won't die. However new business growth not keeping up with decline of traditional media. Need to cut more. Next quarter probably more restructuring expenses.

Now watching TV8. Since TV is FOC Media Prima try to cut cost to survive. How
1) Reduce staffs.
2) Some TV channels is 24 hours. Must repeat old programmes even 20-30 years to occupy 24 hours TV screenings.

Staffs who can both write news in newspaper and perform on TV should be retained. Those cannot do 2 jobs should be given ER batch by batch until operation profit RM 10 million a qtr. Ideal no of staffs-2000-3000?
