Skyworld theme park profitability very much depends on the outdoor weather. Ask yourself these questions, how often did you go outside when you visit Genting & for how long did you stay outside? How often was the weather good? This theme park could turned into a white elephant due to miscalculation of the weather.

Everest! Skyworld is a 10 years in making! Before that, Genting had outdoor theme park! And yeah, you are right, totally depends on weather! Anyway, at last Skyworld is open for business! The wait is just way too long!

Forsee a lot of the outdoor park rides getting stoppages due to weather and breakdowns due to the humidity. 6000 ft above sea level. All you can catch are foggy photos & cold....maybe omi...hahaha

Agree @Tobby. I had been to the outdoors at Genting Highlands for past 30 years since very young…. Excellent weather most of the time. I love the cold, cooling weather at Resorts World Genting

I still remember when k was young i like to take picture in a foggy weather. I can show mu frens i gone to genting. Its something we small kids can boast about last time.

Even though the crowd at SkyAvenue during our recent site visit (Jan 27) was visibly less, this could be due to it being a weekday. We believe RWG’s business will continue to recover strongly, especially once SkyWorlds opens as it should be a crowd puller and benefit other facilities within RWG through higher footfall.

Valuation is inexpensive. Further upside could come from ER’s ongoing turnaround, especially when New York state mobile sportsbook’s GGR is showing promising growth week-on-week .
