Woahh.. queued some stock at RM6.5 and sold at 4.50pm. Good profit after getting the 2nd interim dividend. Hope to see TM continue to fly beyond RM7, for now i cashing out some for duit raya and buying good food at Bazaar Ramadhan :)

A friend message to say he is excited about one FPO by TM .The TM share now is 6.17. He is given advantage discount of 2.70 rgt , meaning he only pay 3.47 for one share of TM FPO. The financial adviser says this is opportunity of the century . Im not very sure, i told him. FPO got such thing, Follow-on Public Offering. But not sure about this FPO in Malaysia. I check TM announcement, no such thing FPO made. Could it be a scam? Can anyone help verify with TM?

Yes, Sharun, you r right. All data centers need ports from telco, commonly are monopolized by either TM or Timecom.

Remember this port in service is long term service! In other words, developers earned one time profit, but TM/ Timecom would harvest the fruits by providing the data center port in services long term.

（吉隆坡18日讯）新加坡电信（Singtel）确认来马设立数据中心，而其合作伙伴正是我国电信业巨头马电讯（TM，4863，主板电信与媒体股）！

马电讯和新加坡电信发布联合声明称，TM DC Educity私人有限公司与Nxera MY私人有限公司签署了有条件联营协议，分别持有联营公司ST Dynamo DC的51%和49%股权，在柔佛州建设具永续性、超连接的AI数据中心。。

马电讯大涨4.5%

在双方公布之前，马电讯股价今日既已大涨29仙或4.45%，闭市报在6.81令吉，成交量为2267万9500股。

上周市场即已传出，新加坡电信正通过旗下数据中心业务臂膀——Nxera与大马官方商谈，计划在柔佛伊斯干达公主城，建设一座数据中心，如今消息已被证实。

文告指出，数据中心初始阶段的目标容量为64兆瓦（MW），并可根据市场需求扩展至200兆瓦。

这个高功率密度的数据中心将能够承载大计算和AI能力，如云超大规模企业和GPU即服务提供商的需求，并采用液冷等先进技术，以高效支持高功率密度的工作负载和操作。

2026年投入营运

同时，该数据中心将按最新标准建造，建设一座4层绿色建筑，预计于2026年投入营运。

为此，ST Dynamo DC早与River Retreat私人有限公司签订了有条件买卖协议，收购位于柔佛新山一块土地，面积约为16万8959平方尺，用于建设数据中心。

根据文告，此次战略合作旨在满足超大规模企业、新一代AI应用提供商和追求加速数字化和云计算的企业需求。

马电讯总执行长阿马胡再米认为，打造这个超连接的AI数据中心，标志着他们与新加坡电信开启长期合作的下一个阶段，通过利用自身优势和承诺，将东盟提升为首选的数字枢纽。

“马电讯拥有最大的国内网络基础设施、广泛的国际海底电缆系统和我国最大的互连数据中心，是这个项目的坚实基础。这将促进高性能计算，并为云计算和AI应用的未来发展奠定坚实基础。”

Nxera和Singtel Digital InfraCo总执行长比尔张（音译）也对此次达成战略合作感到高兴，并透露，除了数据中心外，他们还将扩大新加坡和柔佛之间的海底电缆连接，以增强数字连接。

“我们通过在新加坡附近开发数据中心的战略，以能够捕捉客户的溢出需求，帮助他们有信心地扩展业务。”

（新加坡23日讯）新电信（Singtel）持有的澳洲第二大电信公司澳都斯（Optus）遭网络攻击，受影响者或多达1000万人。

澳都斯透露，最坏情况下多达1000万顾客的个人资料可能已被盗，将个别通知受影响的顾客，但没有任何企业客户的资料在这次网络攻击被泄露。

根据路透社星期五（9月23日）报道，对于公司的客户资料数据库遭一个海外单位闯入取得客户的住家地址、驾驶执照和护照号码，澳都斯首席执行长罗斯玛琳（Kelly Bayer Rosmarin）表示感到愤怒和遗憾。

罗斯玛琳在线上记者会说：“我们将具体确定哪些顾客（受到影响），并主动与每个顾客联系，明确解释他们的哪些信息已经被暴露并被拿走。”

这是澳洲最大宗的网络攻击事件之一。

可能有多达980万个账户被泄露，相当于澳洲人口的40％，但罗斯玛琳说，“这是绝对最坏的情况，而我们有理由相信，实际数字比这还要小”。

罗斯玛琳指出，企业客户似乎没有受到影响，没有迹象表明入侵者拿走了顾客的银行账户信息或密码。警方和网络安全机构仍在调查这起事件。

攻击者的互联网协议（IP）地址是在欧洲一些国家。

罗斯玛琳说，作为一家主要的电信公司，澳都斯认为自己是网络攻击者的目标，并经常击退企图入侵者，但“这次的攻击与我们以前见过的任何形式都不相似，而且不幸的是，它成功了”。

新电信星期五股价一度下跌超过1％，目前跌幅收窄至0.37％，报2.67元。
