impairment due to strong ringgit impacting weak usd, canadian and aussie is a one off as TA got Ta Global Assets.

EVERYTHING IS FINE.

TA NOW DERIVE MORE OF ITS BUSINESS WITHIN MALAYSIA CONTEXT. SO VERY GOOD

BUT EXPORT STOCKS WILL BE HIT HARD.

TOMORROW NEW CATALYSTS WILL HELP TA FURTHER.

IF THERE IS ANY PRICE WEAKNESS JUST BUY.

before result out say bout Pe 2.8, dv 10%,
after result out,no mention bout Pe dy, n tell about dv 4.3% is ok, we invest Ta not for a 4.3% dv.
obviously Dato Tony had con us.
should admit the mistake and go on
lesson learned, don't ever invest a company with the boss had issue with integrity.

High End Condos are doomed in Iskandar due to rampant greed

One piece of land building Upward can cost as little as 20% to build (land cost most is ground floor)

So they get 70% to 80% gross profit. Minus admin cost they make at least 50% to 70% profit.

SO NOBODY WANTS TO BUILD LANDED HOUSES AS PROFIT ONLY 15% to 20% Only

SOME ONLY GET 8% PROFIT FOR BUILDING PRIMA HOUSES

Even George Soros who short US because he thought Trump winning Election will cause market crash. But Soros got it wrong. And he lost a cool Usd 1 Billions. Soros turned to Sorrow.
