Sooner or later, Tony Tiah and Alicia is going to pass the baton to younger generation Mr.Tiah Joo Kim.
Just like HwangDBS, when Mr Hwang pass to his son, HwangDBS merge with Affin Bank, HwangDBS share fly high.
I hope TA will be the same soon

TA Q1'14 EPS = 3.37 sen.....assuming 4 quarters having same EPS, then 1 year EPS = 13.48 sen.
Estimate PE ratio = 7
NTA will increase from $1.81 to $1.94
Current value $0.975 in really undervalue.

TA result should be out end of this month. Every Quarter NTA is getting higher and higher.
Current market value is 50% discount compare to NTA.
Can just buy and go for long holiday without worry so much.

If you look at last year top 30 Share holder in TA Annual report.
The top 6 share holder belong to TA Nominees. Plus the latest share buy back, TA group & TA Nominees already holding more than 48%.
So what is Datuk Tiah Thee Kian planning to do with TA ?
Will Datuk Tiah increase his stage to 51% ?
Any Merger or privatise ?

Low dividend to discourage investors to hold TA share and impatience investors probably sold them, price would not go up. On the other hand. Dato Tiah is accumulate at lower price. He knows what his company worth. Its just a matter of time before we earn one really big time either privatising or merger. Lets play along with him. Gd luck guys. Kikiki...
