Datuk Tony Tiah is a very smart person. He acquire more and more shares from open marker without allowing the price to go up so that he could buy at cheaper price.
They are in control of the price so that they could accumulate more without paying a lot of money.

Sooner or later when they has reach their target, they will announce more good news, then TA share will fly high.
So why sell to them when the Boss is buying ?
Hold on to your share. I've bought a lot recently and I hope all will follow me.

Theory, maybe he is going to privatized via small purchase but if it is, it will gradually move up for certain, I think the Nta is understated with the valuation done before the property bull came

do you know how much is needed for Tiah to privatize TA? Even at 1.00 per share, that's 1.71 billion market cap, Tiah would need to come up with at least RM 1.1 billion...

Seems Tiah enjoys having TA Global spending money developing his personally owned land and buying up it right before completion more than your great idea.

Don't get me wrong, I also own this stock and hope it will rise, but not to the extent that a privatization rumor would excite me. I have owned this stock for more than 10 years, and I have heard him and his wife saying developing TA3&4 and Nova for years while actually dumping TA Global precious money into hotels that appreciate in asset value but not profits

Don't sell your share to him so cheap. Hold on to your shares. Buy if you still can affort.

Don't excited by the buy action. This counter can not move up already. When buyer push up to 99 cents supplies increase and quickly push it back to 0.965. Don't hold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
