不要只用KLSE Screener 来给资料，这number不对
4. PE 120 (Warren Buffet principle to consider undervalue if PE less than 15)
该用forward PE 来计算，malaysia Tech PE is higher than others, 但是我们有更好的板块吗？看来没有

The movement control order has been extended and will be enforced from Feb 5 to Feb 18.
