TONGHER produces premium stainless steel fastener. Its business will grow due to (1) upbeat demand from Europe, (2) Benefit from trade war uncertainty and (3) consolidation of Thailand subsidiary. Key risk are (1) competition from Vietnam, (2) declining dividend and (3) changes in importer regulation on fastener

Last year capex was high due to building the new factory. I think this is the main reason for lower dividend payout in last fianacial year.

The third factory shall be commenced by this year (AR 2017)

If that means boasting the top line in the future, now should be the moment seriously consider to accumulate.

Once the revenue increases and raw material cost goes down, improvement on profit margin and higher dividend is expectable.

Take a look at Perstima and BPPLAS.

Higher raw materials, remove of anti dumping, startup cost of new factory.. I expect the following results to be weaker or flat at most.

tong herr has been through even worse phase before, back in 2015. they have turnaround subsequently. but recent quarters have been impacted badly by the slowing economy. doubt they will reach 5 figure quarterly profit anytime soon.

maybe 3iii has some perspective to share?
