What is the point when fund coming in? For me EPF doesn't mean anything as their investment sux - last yr 5.6% dividend...LOL...but I don't know about LTH :)
I think Glomac has great potential because they could be a target for a M&A from bigger property counters. They are slowly buying back their own shares, must be something brewing.
KUALA LUMPUR: Glomac Bhd, a medium-size developer, is seeking mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as part of its growth strategy.
Group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk FD Iskandar Mansor said Glomac is on new growth phase and will look at M&A as one of its avenues for expansion. This may involve acquiring smaller real estate firms and local boutique developers, he added.
haha i also don't know look at the good site it look stable and yet hopefully when it move it like rocket and move toward 1.50 (just my personal target price)
everyday company share buyback like ikan bilis compare to LTH bought 3,634,000 shares from 28/11/12 to 18/12/12 (Total shareholdings 50,384,000 or 6.92%. Hope LTH start buying more. We are talking about 6.5% gross dividend yield (0.055/0.84)almost same like reit
