u pray hard their klang project shopping mall not continue, they want to copy ksl mall concept apply there, and that would make their gearing high, economy not good now to kick start mega project. their overall JB housing project still ok cos their landbank purchased price is low
sigh.. just wish it go back to above to RM2 close to my entry price for me to quickly sell off not make profit and cioa…. this counter very weird.. almost one year already money stuck
it will expands but not from now till next 5 years. JB saturated already the market, not like 5 years ago. only positive thing is KSL land price cheap cheap haha
wait really crash, then it will up... i also think may be not now... the edge reports about KSL.. TP down a bit (still OUTPERFORM).. result lower expectations
foreign fund may starts to sell again if blue chips climb another 3 to 5 %....no solid growth to support the index at this level...so I prefer to wait n see.....trade at your own risks
