Privatisation will not monetise the assets. Now the bosses holding almost all the ticket. Waiting to goreng up. As the price climbing there r more n more tickets available bcoz the bosses will resell their tickets. KSL has become a Graham NCAV stock again just like 2014. Will history repeat itself?

Spider68, in the AGM memo, the last part there had voting about DRP. They may give in the other way instead of cash. Now the share value is undervalue. Payout dividend is the way to push up the share price.

Forget about dividend, I was with this counter from RM2 and it went down to 0.70. I lost a fortune. It was at the time of promise with 40% from profit To share with investors but it was a scam. The forthcoming AGM on 30-07-2020 will be conducted online. I am sure most of the minority shareholders are very tulan by now. Too bad they cannot grill/taruh the board kow kow for their stinginess for not paying dividends for many years and for their shamelessness for continuing to pay themselves huge directors remuneration & fees for many years.
