No need new project until 2018. The current development all sold out (phase 1 - phase 5 house,serviced residence) except bumi lots. Once development reach 50%, they can release the bumi lots to non bumi at higher price. Their job now is to complete the construction only. Money is there already.

The director bought 3.8 millions share last week with the transaction price 2.63. So, I think any price below 2.63 is a good buy since the director willing to buy the share with 2.63 and he knows the company well than outsider.

i3i2i1, DY is dropping.. Jz look at the past div records. Not earn enough how to distribute to sharehoulders? CView was distributing at around 10% rate, if cut by half, still got 5%.. do your own calculation.

It depends on what information you have, but personally, I put a HOLD call on this counter..

I agreed with wenz. Even the div drop (if cut by half), still got 5% which is still consider good if compare to bank interest rate. The floating share is the market are very less. The owner of the company is still holding the majority. Perhaps, i notice that the price drop was due to one of the company director who keep selling his share (small amount of shares in a trading day). I will say this is make sense as he also want to gain some money or get back some money. If company is not performing well, he will just throw out the share without caring the price.

Low is a relative word. Compared to rm3.00 it is now low. But cview went up from 50 cents. So already up over 200%.

There is no more lands in Nusajaya except for SemiD and Bungalows. Since Ecoworld is nearby hard to compete against them.

Cview's completed shophouses are still empty after 2 years. Going forward CView could sound like C -( die in hokkien) View

So Cview = Dead View?

Hopefully I am wrong
