i agree with the comments above but RHB pays out DV with DRP. so it can be a challenge cor OSK to commit the same DV to OSK holders and maintain their stake in RHB

What is the use of div policy if it is low leh ???

U just look at Osk dividend paid every year.....very high loh.....and for how long leh ?? over many years maintained this high div loh!

Thus u can conclude good div going fwd for osk loh!

This approach much better than div policy loh!

Doesn't matter DRP or cash - collect RM169m and pay out RM127m means the rest of the business is not adding to dividends but serves as distractions. Deserves low valuation.
