this stock is infested by insiders (not necessarily a bad thing).

every time share price weaken or strengthen, it later will turn out that something has just happened (on the State water industry deal)

for example, these two days Engtex share price softened and today news came out that Pakatan is in crisis, and Selangor state government is facing some uncertainties.

just a casual observation.
No matter what happened, I am convince that the only trajectory is UP. No matter who helms the government, the state water industry is ripe for massive capex. The problems had begun to spill over to the rakyat daily lives.

Expect more selling on Monday ( Selangor political situation is getting worse). Luckily "investors" came in to support after lunch if not RM1.0 and below is within reach (maybe directors buying)

How worse can it get for water companies ? Pakatan government lost Selangor back to BN ? Ha ha immediately share price shoot up sky high as BN is the one pushing for water sector restructuring

Trading at 6x PER is 25% below its long term average of 8x PER, while its NTA is at 1.57. Even with no Selangor water deal, they have been profitable and growing nicely, all risk taken into account and its safe to accumulate......

Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd advanced as much as 6.4% after theedgemarkets.com reported earlier today, quoting a source, that a new supplementary water agreement is expected to be signed between the Selangor and federal governments tomorrow.

At 3.04pm today, Puncak had pared some gains to trade at RM2.78, up 13 sen or 4.9%, making it the fourth top gainer after some 2.7 million shares changed hands. It had earlier hit a high of RM2.82.
