Yup, next quarter will be super excellent due to:-

1) Gain on disposal of SILK highway;
2) Oil & Gas segment will be better, as Crude oil price was at USD50 level, more n more Oil & Gas company resume their expansion activity.
3) The RM380mil cash received from PNB will reduce its loan, and indirectly reduce the interest expenses, and increase its profit.
4) The marine logistic should perform better, as this quarter should have 3 tanker operated (last quarter 1 tanker was under repair).

Justa Doll, everyone expect there is a special agenda in the AGM this morning. But now since no special agenda in the AGM, then sure no eye see d.
So, the strategy now is to close one eye, accummulate more when it go lower, then wait until they announce EGM for special dividend, then can open eye see again.. haha.

Back to fundamental analysis, next quarter will be super excellent due to:-

1) One-off gain on disposal of SILK highway;
2) 15sen dividend is coming, so indirectly your cost of purchase reduce to 35sen only (assume you bought at 50sen)
3) A big portion of the RM380mil cash received from PNB will reduce its loan, and indirectly reduce the interest expenses, and increase its profit.
4) Another RM20mil is coming once they fulfill all the condition.
5) The marine logistic should perform better, as this quarter should have 3 tanker operated (last quarter 1 tanker was under repair).

P/S: Actually the purchase price of the 3 units of 7000 tonnes chemical tanker is very cheap. The pruchase price is only RM74mil for 3 tanker, and that tanker are relatively new (build in year 2011) If you refer to Nylex, it just build a same size chemical tanker at the cost of RM65mil per unit.
