That stockraider is just jealous loh. Hevea is a rock solid company with superb balance sheet which pays DIVIDENDS EVERY QUARTER. What else do u want to complaint? We can afford to wait.

When that other useless company cannot deliver, solid company like Hevea is delivering strong returns & results mah. Just look at results speaks louder than a thousand words or arguments.

We can wait with HIGH YIELD DIVIDENDS. What does that other useless company give shareholders & it always went down as usual? What name ah? Evergreen? Does it "EVER" green long-term? Nop. Long-term downtrend.

No one will be interested in that useless stingy high-debts company mah. No money how to reward shareholders? Better buy rock-solid Hevea.

RM 0.025 announced to be approved at next AGM next month.
RM 0.02/0.025 dividend to be declared on Q3
RM 0.02/0.025 dividend to be declared on Q4

Take the latest 4 quarters Net profit results:
Q1 FY17: RM 20,268,000

(28.006m + 17.233m + 15.161m + 20.268m) / 4 qtrs = 20.167m averagely per qtr

Stockraider is really brainless, only see short-term price. if hevea con our money they won't pay dividend quarterly. Hevea management roughly pays dividend 30 million for year 2016.

Saltedfish lagi teruk, tipu kanak-kanak. he mentioned that what business can reverse the deficit of 100 million to surplus of 100 m in 2 years. If no money to pay debt then how to pay dividend?

The divided paid out has proved the efficiency of hevea management. the price chart from year 2013 til 2017 already showed the growth of the company

Once new factory canstruction start...management will siphon ur monies..they are likely to call for a right issue to top up their siphoning loh....!!

Hevea has so low debts, high cash even after minus all liabilities. Earning power per qtr also above RM 20m already.

Andrewhlc, I don't think Stockraider is brainless per se. From observation, I notice "blogger" and other contra player are here at i3 trying to cash in by scaring investor to sell so it can benefit them. Hevea is a fundamentally good company so just enjoy dividends and not be too concern with the market fluctuations.

He get conned by Evergreen's management for a long time without dividends. That is why he frustrated. Kesian....if he bought into Hevea, at least he's being paid with good dividends every quarter. Pray hard ur Evergreen management will declare some dividend loh BUT don't forget Evergreen has RM 200m+ debts and cash not enough to pay out dividends also due to high capex. Still cannot see clear picture?

Company can continue to pay dividend easily, estimates next quarter minimum profit after tax 20 million, a year roughly 80 Million or even more.

New production line and businesses will bring extra income to the company too.

roughly this year currency RM4.30-4.50 converted to USD 1, it become bonus for the company when compared to last year 3.90-4.20.

all these are good news for the shareholders.

according to land bought is based on the market price. nothing wrong for those who had gained 260% and bought couple of years ago.

if You don't invest on it you will regret for your life hahaha
